Due to the restricted availability of discounted services around certain holidays, such as Christmas, New Year's, and Independence Day, cancellation requests for certain services cannot be honored.
It is not possible to stop using services such as domain name registration and domain name transfer, and once the payments have been paid, they are not refundable under any circumstances, even if the cancellation occurs within the first 48 hours. The service will be terminated if the subsequent payment is not received within seven working days from the due date.
Refund Policy
Because the processes involved in providing each of our services are distinct from one another, our regulations regarding refunds are also distinct. Any request for a refund for services that have been finished will be denied since various resources are needed to reach different milestones throughout a campaign.
It is not possible to get a refund for administrative fees or installation costs.
In the event that fees are repaid, any taxes that were assessed by regulatory bodies will not be returned.
When a customer violates our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to cancel their service without providing a refund.
Return policies are not applicable to same-day delivery services because of this.
